Returns For International Orders

To request a return, contact us at hello@necess.co or call us at +96181810115 within a week of receiving your order and we will send you a form with the return information. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund to your initial method of payment within 10 to 15 days. Shipping charges are not refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. We are sorry we do not accept any exchanges or refunds for items on clearance. 

Returns Within Lebanon

We offer exchanges and returns within 3 days of receiving your order.  Contact us at hello@necess.co or at +96181810115 and we will arrange for a pickup. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that shows sign of wear, wash, or perfume. Shipping charges are not refunded. We are sorry we do not accept any exchanges or refunds for items on clearance.
